Trois semaines pour valider mon compte, documents redemandés deux fois sans explication. Pendant ce temps impossible de déposer. Pas sérieux pour un courtier régulé.

L'app a crashé pendant une séance volatile, ordre passé deux fois par accident. Le support a reconnu le bug mais aucun geste commercial. Je réduis mon exposition ici.

My withdrawal took over a week despite the site saying 2-3 days. No phone support. Money arrived eventually but it was a stressful wait.
