1. Purpose of the site

TraderReviewer is an independent information and comparison website about online brokers and investment platforms available to investors based in France. It publishes broker profiles, editorial assessments, comparison tools and reviews submitted by users.

The site is provided for general information purposes only. Nothing on the site constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. No financial advice and risk warning

TraderReviewer is not an investment services provider, financial adviser or regulated intermediary. Scores, rankings and comparisons reflect editorial criteria and aggregated user opinions at the time of publication and may be out of date.

Investing carries a risk of capital loss. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Before opening an account or investing, you should verify the information directly with the broker and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.

3. Commercial relationships and affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you click on such a link and open an account, TraderReviewer may receive a commission from the broker at no additional cost to you.

Commercial relationships never determine the content of our profiles, scores or rankings. Rankings are driven by the editorial methodology described on the site and by user ratings.

4. User reviews and contributions

You may submit reviews and ratings on the site. By doing so you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, adapt and display your contribution on the site and in connection with its promotion.

You undertake that your contributions are truthful, based on your own experience, and do not infringe the rights of third parties. We may moderate, edit or remove any contribution without notice, in particular when it is defamatory, misleading, promotional, unlawful or unrelated to the broker concerned.

• Do not post personal data about third parties.
• Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not submit multiple reviews for the same broker or reviews on behalf of a broker.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, layout, graphics, logos, databases and software) is protected by intellectual property law and is the property of TraderReviewer or its licensors. Broker names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Any reproduction, representation or extraction of a substantial part of the site without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Liability

TraderReviewer makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date but gives no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Fees, conditions and regulatory status of brokers may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderReviewer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the site, reliance on its content, or any decision taken on the basis of information published on it.

7. Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party websites, in particular broker websites. TraderReviewer has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for them. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may suspend, modify or discontinue all or part of the site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of your visit.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
